a lot of weird cuts and edits, strange noises and long pauses in the reading, at some points it was very jarring. also a few words in french pronounced differently each time they were said made a few sections a bit confusing to follow on first listen.
otherwise great book great listen, would recommend to any chef, or anyone interested in the hospitality industry
