About this listen
A magical story about how a girl, through many trials, was able to find success in dancing.
Elizabeth awakened to find a beautiful round box sitting on her dresser. When she opened the box, white butterflies flew all around her. She found something odd in the box. Something odd but magical all the same. She remembered when she'd spent time with Grandmother and how Grandmother loved white butterflies. Grandmother was gone now and it took a while for Elizabeth to stop crying when she thought about her.
How could Grandmother have known that she wanted to quit dancing? Was there magic in the ballerina slippers? Elizabeth found magic in her life by working hard and not giving up even though it was difficult at times.
