A thoroughly enjoyable introduction to the books by Gigi Pandian. Love the voice of the narrator, it added to the story.

This sadly turned out to be something I had to really pay attention to the details with in the second half especially, I would not have minded forcing myself through what I had hoped would be an easy listen that I could put on in the background...the story was very slow . not my type of thing at all...possibly too wholesome...not exactly that but similar. I however loved the narration. All in all I learned to quit like Dorian the Gargoyle as I hoped that I would as I have two Gargoyles watching over me in my sitting room. All in all slow but not too awful thanks to the narrator and the lovable Dorian.
