great book, and great series!! i started reading rick riordan when i was like 6 now as a teenager it give a me so much comfort listening to it 🤭 highly recommend 😊💅

I know it's a youngish person doing it, seeing as the books start with a 12 year old, but the voices for the minor characters and monsters are awful. Why on earth did he make Persephone sound like Marge Simpson with laryngitis and Dimeter sounds like a racist Jewish stereotype with a lisp. I literally could not listen to any of the underworld scenes without cringing out of my skin, it was painful! Also, Thalia is pronounced "Tahlia" it's not a TH sound!!
