Interesting hands-on takes on the crisis

Always interesting to listen to traders and hedge fund managers talk about the crisis. You get to see the quirks of the guys behind the moves academics talk about: their egos, their hunches, their scientific approach (or lack thereof). That said, what's with the different accents??

Great book, but very dense.

I enjoyed this a lot. It's packed with insights, ideas and perspectives that will provide tons of thought-fodder for finance/economics geek. The interviewees are very varied in their fields and approaches to markets, and each brings their own interesting perspective on the markets and global economy. Definitely the kind of book that merits repeated reading. The only problem with it is that it is *very* jargon-heavy. I'm pretty nerdy about this subject and even I was regularly having to consult my search engine to help me understand some of the terminology used. Narrator is fine.
