Great book with a ton of variety
I was not sure what to expect from the recipes in the book but after trying a couple recipes it has become my new go to for the winter. It has a great variety of recipes whether you want to use your slow cooker or whip something up quickly. So far I have made ~20 different items and I would say all but 2 turned out as new favorites. I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.
