Archer Gooseberry is an imaginary friend who comes to all children who feel sad or alone. In this story Archer befriends a young boy named Roger who is feeling down about wearing glasses. Archer uses his powers of imagination and takes Roger to the jungle and tells him the story about Silver the Heroic Elephant. Silver the elephant gets separated from his family when the hunters come to his jungle. He is lost but Silver makes some new friends along the way that will help. Through that story Archer helps Roger to feel better and learn some lessons about life.
