Disappointing

Having just finished the first book in this series, I was very disappointed with the narration. I could not help but compare this with the wonderful reading of Ann Dover (apologies Julia!) but I found the accents and general interpretation of the character's voices jarring. I could not get past the first chapter.

I will read this book myself and then go to the 3rd book in this format, since it appears to be narrated by Ann Dover.

I would like to hear a series read by the same person and in future will check first.
