A Masterpiece
I don’t know why it took me more than a quarter century to pick up this book but boy was it worth the wait. Such vividly written characters, they feel like I’ve always known them, worked with them, or despised them. Paul feels like an old friend and Percy makes my skin crawl. And how dearly I’d love to give John Coffey a hug. Their story is so ordinary and so fantastical, I know will be reading it over and over.

Awesome
This is a story I have read a few times and probably will read it again, I enjoyed listening to this time an think it is one of Stephen Kings better stories

Stephen king classic
Such a good read. I would recommend to anyone regardless of the genre they prefer. The voice reading is perfect also.

Gentle
Excellent story with lovely characters, lots of nuance and feeling and the narrator has a wonderful pace and subtley of tone. Thoroughly enjoyed it despite having seen the movie and hence knowing most of the twists.

I Do love the way Stephen did this in 3 parts ..I brough each book ..John Coffee Jumps of the page and into your heart

Amazing performance by the narrator!
Compelling story I'm so glad I read. Thoroughly recommended. The movie does a good job, but this is a fantastic tale. A master at his best!
