Brené Brown is the consummate self growth writer.

Everything she writes about is based on research, which gives me a belief that she, over so many other “self help” writers actually knows what she is speaking about based on fact.

This audio book made ma laugh and cry and I didn’t know I could be so brave and so scared al at the same time.

I’ve laughed and cried, sometimes at the same time and am listening to this book again. And probably will again and again.

Brené reads the book with passion and compassion which makes you want to keep listening.

I have never listened to a book like this and didn't think I would have enjoyed it but I was very impressed the whole way through the book I was like "That makes total sense", "oh my I do this all the time".
I love the way Brene explains everything so it is easy to understand especially when big words are used. I would actual listen to this book again ☺️

Over the years, in an effort to be more than “enough” I have read many, many self help books, but regrettably this one slipped through my fingers. On the tenth anniversary of its first release, it’s the only one I needed to hear. Now that I’ve discovered it I know I will listen to the simple wisdom, every single day for the rest of my life.
