Is it over yet?
Until now, I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. This book changed that for me. We have officially gotten to the point where it feels like the author or publishers just want you to keep spending money and buying another book. I am not sure I even plan to finish and there is only one book left. Hopefully it will bring this story full circle and not drag like this one did.

Disappointing
As much as I loved the 1st 5 books, I was very disappointed in this one. In fact, if I didn't want to read the last book so badly, and have faith that it would be better than this one, I wouldn't of even bother to finish it. To much fighting. I found it very stressful & not enjoyable.

Slow.....
The first two books were good, but the subsequent books have become boring. I feel that some of the battle scenes are a bit too descriptive and drawn out. Books 3-6 could have easily been condensed down in to one or two books and not lost any of the story.

Violets character is annoying at this point
other lesser characters are more enjoyable than her over detailed self destructive personality and thoughts ...started to get bad at around book 4....by book 5 she is already more annoying and I have found myself skipping over her chapters. at this point, I'm just committed to the story and other characters to stop.

Dragged
I love the books. I have listened to the first ones so quickly... i usually listen sometimes during my workday (4-6hours a day) but this one dragged so much towards the end that it took me days to finish.

My least favorite of the series
Well, aside from the always remarkable performance of the two talented narrators (they would be able to turn the reading of the grocery list into something interesting) I have to agree with other reviewers about the almost unbearable dragging of the plot in this 6th books of the series. Too much characters to deal with and put into the story with no clear meaning... the lack of sexual tension between the two MCs was so unrealistic given the difficult circumstances they were living in and their young age...really?! Naturally, I'll be waiting for the last book in the series and the last audible version, but this one wasn't so good in my personal books' scale.

Longest book yet
It took me a couple months to finish this book. It was partly because I was busy but also the story line is very very slow. The action doesn’t really start until the end

True love
This is a seven book series and I’m genuinely upset there’s not more books. I finished each one within a few days, I haven’t watched tv in WEEKS. I haven’t loved a series as much as this in a long time, the character development after the first book is wonderful. Also Jason Clarke has an incredibly sexy voice. That is all.
