I have gone through serious injury and now a relationship breakdown, so my motivation has been suffering for months. This book gave me a great amount of drive to get back into things. Its greatest effect was with a simple quote, "hating someone is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die". Being angry and spiteful instead of focusing on myself hurt nobody except me.
Great book, highly recommend.

Easy to understand with all the information I needed. I am achieving amazing results in just 2 weeks. Short and to the point.
Definitely recommend if you are looking to get fit and stay fit. This is NOT a diet book. It is a healthy lifestyle book.

Just adding 6 weeks in now and still going strong. Have been back and listened twice more and bought the physical book as well. Have also read 3 more since and this one is still the best.
