Publisher's Summary

This is the everyman's introduction to technocracy and transhumanism that builds on my previous books on technocracy. Both are primary to the world economic forum's great reset, in partnership with the United Nations, to replace Capitalism with an alternative economic system called sustainable development, aka technocracy. Further, humans themselves are targeted by transhumanists to change the human condition into humans 2.0 via genetic engineering. Thus, technocracy transforms the structure and economic system of the world, while transhumanism transforms the people who live there.

Technocracy wants to rule the earth in a panopticon of scientific dictatorship. Transhumanists want to live forever and become omniscient. Both are mechanistic systems that see nature as something to be studied, manipulated, and conquered. Both see themselves as the new intelligent designers of the world, including humans. Both seek to craft a future for planet earth that nobody asked for, voted for, or wanted.

Whatever solutions might spring up that enable us to reject technocracy and transhumanism cannot possibly work unless we have a clear understanding of both.

It is my hope that this book will not depress you, but rather encourage you to take your proper place in the world by doing your part to put a stop to The Evil Twins of Technocracy and Transhumanism.

Highly Illuminating! Essential Reading

This book does a great job of describing How We Got to Here, all without our knowledge or consent.

Technocracy - A country or world governed and controlled by self-appointed technological experts and elites.
Transhumanism - The concept of adapting and changing the human race though technological advancements.

Starting from the early-mid 20th century, Wood offers some historical background and context that describes the roots of technocracy and transhumanism, and from there he brings into focus some shady organisations you may or may not have heard of, such as The Trilateral Commission, and how they unduly influence our lives today, as well as much publicised events such as the Earth Summit in 1992 - a UN conference in Rio de Janeiro that was billed as a global, last-ditch attempt to save the earth's environment and biodiversity, but in reality was a giant carve-up of the world's resources that allowed many elites to control research and monetise the earth's genetic material. All across the world people were grateful that the powerful elites were making plans to save the planet. And, yes, they were saving it - for themselves! The more you examine it, the clearer it becomes; this has been the template for most, if not all, environmental movements.

Wood does a great job of stitching together a lot of what must have been laborious research to shine a light on the way our governments have, over time, ceded policy control over every aspect of our lives to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations (UN); and others, for the purpose of creating a new international global order that essentially eliminates the need for pesky things like countries, democracy and private property.

A quote Brown uses stood out to me, from Rosa Koire's 2011 book, 'Behind The Green Mask: UN Agenda 21', She wrote, "Under the Mask of Green, our civil liberties are being restricted, constricted and suffocated in every village and hamlet. The plan is imposed locally." Her intent was to help people understand the true impact of "Sustainable Development", which she defined as follows; "It is The Inventory and Control Plan - Inventory and Control of all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all food, all energy, all information, and all human beings in the world."

Within this is terrifying context, Brown shows us how these fundamentally misanthropic transhumanists and technocratic elites have used NGOs and lobbyist groups to increasingly take control of every conceivable aspect of our lives. Think of the big-name billionaires who have begun to exert control over vaccines, and farming, and elections, and brain chip implants. It doesn't matter if the people doing this have good intentions, they are using their wealth, position and power to influence the world without EVER holding public office or ASKING our permission. And the result is they become richer and more powerful, while we become poorer, with less to live on, and less control over our lives.

In the abstract all this seems quite far-reaching and inconceivable, like a far-off, dystopian Science Fiction novel, but Brown uses their own words to show us what they have been working on since before most of us were born. It's tricky. With subjects like this it's easy to begin with the best of intentions then suddenly find yourself neck-deep in Alex Jones-style rants about Illuminati conspiracy theories and alien abductions. However, Brown uses his meticulous research to shine a light on these extremely powerful organisations who are tightening their grip on how we live, with the stunning realisation that for most of our lives we've not even known it was happening.

I found this book very impressive, if at times depressing in the face of such seemingly overwhelming odds. However, the author does a fine job of imparting the maxim that knowledge is power, that understanding the true nature of the behind-the-curtain politics - and the people who control it - is a bulwark that protects and better prepares us for the future. I am very happy I read this book. Knowledge IS power. It won't be to everyone's taste. I don't think progressive types would enjoy it, unless you are open and inquisitive.

Several times while listening I could hear pages being turned as the author read the book. It's not a massive thing; enough to make me deduct a point in the performance rating, but you might not even notice it.
