Best informative audio book for cooking

There is a nicely laid out menu plan to follow with delicious and simple recipes. I would recommend this audio book to anyone wanting a meal plan and to lose weight. I've been on the diet for 2 months and am down 25 lbs and counting.

Lovely and easy cooking method

I can appreciate the number of great tasty recipes in this audio book, compared to other audio books in this category. I'm also exercising and losing 2 pounds a week. The food is yummy and satisfying. I recommend this audio book and the diet.

Best informative audio book you need 4 diet

Useful audio book before you even get to the recipes. Good explanations of healthy portion sizes and how to create a balanced diet outside of actually dieting (includes simple exercise plan). Good easy to follow recipes with enough variation to avoid straying.

Mediterranean Diet is the best!

This audiobook has a cooking chart, which is very helpful. Each section has a picture that defines the type of recipes in each section and also lists each recipe and the page number. There are several helpful tips too. I also like the layout of the recipe pages. Mediterranean Diet is the best!

That's amazing audio book

Lovely! This is the first audio cookbook in a long time that got me excited to cook again. I feel like with most audio cookbooks-- been there, done that.
