A Stellar Finish That Deserves a New Beginning!

The End of Darkness by D.R. Kane is a brilliantly crafted sci-fi adventure that had me hooked from the very first chapter. The world-building is rich, the characters feel genuine and compelling, and the pacing kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. Kane masterfully balances high-stakes action with deep emotional moments, creating a story that resonates long after the final words.

Without giving anything away, the story's climax and resolution are deeply satisfying—but they also left me with one powerful thought: I need more. Specifically, a prequel! There’s so much potential to explore the events that led up to this story—the histories, the early decisions, and the origins of the conflicts and technologies that shape this universe.

D.R. Kane has created something truly special here. I sincerely hope this book marks not the end, but the beginning of an expanding universe. If you're a fan of thoughtful, character-driven science fiction with cinematic action and heart, The End of Darkness is a must-listen.
