If you really listen to this book you will absolutely reach the heights of joy the council describes. As with all psychology, the answer is simple, it is the practice that is difficult.
This bought me to tears in the remembrance of who I really am. I highly recommend this book to anyone who asking for the next step on their personal empowerment journey.
