If you really listen to this book you will absolutely reach the heights of joy the council describes. As with all psychology, the answer is simple, it is the practice that is difficult.

Of all the spiritual books I've read, this has got to be the one where I have gained insight into awakening and understanding our true nature. I loved this book in the Q&A format with many questions asked that I was wanting to know about. Truly had quite a few aha moments listening to this.

The whole book is incredible but takeaway for me was learning about allowance, non-entanglement and how to keep conscious among many other lessons. Very easy to listen to and well read by authors.
