Lovely to listen to these three stories.
Lovely to listen to and I had a few chuckles but really didn’t spend enough time with Sarah and Jarek. Loved the banter and conversation between Jarek and his dragon. So funny. It must be hard trying to do so many different voices all in one story. We also get two short stories that make me laugh out loud every time I listen. Included is A Day at The Beach & The Breakfast Run BOOK REVIEWS THE DRAGONLINGS VERY SPECIAL VALENTINE These books always make me feel happy and I have a smile on my face by the time I finish one of these stories. Once again we have another fun and amazingly touching story featuring this wonderful cast of characters from Ms Smiths worlds. After another story from their parents telling about Valentines, the Younglings bring together Jarek, the grumpy Chief of Security of the V’Ger we met ages ago and a human blind woman Sarah. Not giving the story away but whether you are a fan of this series or not this is a great read. Loved the conversation between Jarek and his dragon. I could just imagine the amount of glitter all over the place and the warriors. A DAY AT THE BEACH What a hoot this story is. Some of the antics are so good and this is just so funny and cute. All the human women are organising a day at the beach and dragging their respective mates with them. The fun of getting ready, dealing with recalcitrant children and men is humorous. The fun when they actually get to the beach is excellent. Love how all the dads behave and how unsure these mighty warriors are when it comes to parenting. The children are as usual the stars of the book. This is not a book but a free read from the authors newsletter. I believe Ms Smith is planning to put these shorts all into one volume. THE BREAKFAST RUN A lovely sweet addition. Poor Trelon, an attempt to surprise Cara with breakfast, turns into a mad dash around the marketplace after his mischievous twin daughters. This is not a book but a free read from the authors newsletter. I believe Ms Smith is planning to put these shorts all into one volume.
