Well, don’t expect a sweet little period romance with this one. It’s absolutely debaucherous! I loved it! It was funny and touching and the steam level certainly heats up from book 1! But there is also so much substance. I’m really enjoying the series, on to the next one.

Deliciously scandalous

This was a great read with a different background story where acceptance thrived rather than change. Interesting take on dementia in the early centuries. Once again the sex scences were too vivid and spoiled those parts, as adults I don’t think we need such explicit descriptions, it’s not a Playboy novel. Well narrated and highly enjoyable. Highly recommend.
