Book's title doesn't lie

Great as a first read about cycling training or even sports training in general. The author gives you tools to build your own training plan from yearly periodization to individual session examples. You can also learn about importance of rest, nutrition and right mental approach. The new edition of the book was publish recently and the author doesn't forget about use of modern training tool and devices in cycling training, such as various web tools, power meters, indoor trainers, devices monitoring how rested you are and supporting recovery. Only downside for a lot of as is that the book is focused mainly on racers, and falls a bit short of delivering guidelines for intermediates and novices, but I respect that and you will most likely still learn a lot.
