Publisher's Summary

The Critique of Pure Reason, published in 1781, by German philosopher Immanuel Kant, cornerstone of modern philosophy, is one of the most important works on metaphysics ever published and is often seen as the culmination of centuries of early-modern philosophical thought. The better choice

You will find that there are three readings of this book, each two years apart and this the newest. I suspect this is audible's response to the computer-like reader reviews on them. I was afraid since there was no previous review before mine, but I'm here to tell you that this is the better reading. Disregard the higher price and just use a credit for this one. You'll thank yourself.

This Reader is Awful

This reader whistles every single "s" in every single word. I have never heard a worse reading and find it hard to believe anyone on the production team listened to it. This review has nothing to do with the contents of the book, as I could not listen and have wasted my money. It may just be a pet peeve for me, but please don't waste yours - get a different reading.
