Brilliant!
This book was so worth me investing my time and my money. It wasn’t a let down like so many self help books can be. Everything Lucy says and suggests just makes sense and so much has shifted for me. I’m genuinely excited about what the future holds and feel like I have clarity after doing the exercises in the book. Lucy if you ever read this...a very heartfelt thank you. Jude x

I have come home
Comparison is here with human races since ancient days. Its more visible and publicly well discussed now with social media era. With only a few scroll on the gram or facebook, we easily get comparisonitis, sometimes too hot to handle “how on earth that girl got invited to launch event?” “Again! Holiday again?” And then we go into a rabit hole of self sabotage of why not me! Lucy’s warmth and kindness radiate through this book. Her antidotes, advices and exercises to comparison are so practical, authentic and soul orientated. Her Northern English accent is so comforting and therapeutic; my heart is full and i have come home is how it feel when I finish the book. Definitely gonna come back to it again and again. And spoiler alert, get the audio version even though you already have the paperback version. Trust me! Totally worth it. Be ready to have Lucy as your private coach in your own home whenever you fancy ;) enjoy xx
