Motivational and Recalibrating

it's a good audio book, well narrated. the content wasn't exactly what I was looking for as I was after more training on phrasing framework and confrontational conversation patterns. but nonetheless it was very enriching with its balanced views and motivating examples as to why and what type of confrontation gets the best results
