Incredible. Best book in the past year!
I have seen two reviews of this, one mention on a podcast, one mention on YouTube and two friends recommended it...so it was time to take the plunge.
I was a little dubious at first as I have tried various other books on charisma and communication skills but really, this is the best so far.
Fresh, modern, ORIGINAL, easy to follow - the perfect guide to charisma, confidence, social skills, small talk, assertiveness and much more.
Highly highly recommended.

Charisma, charm, confidence, sociable skills....
...conversation skills, assertiveness, small talk and so much more. I could go on, but really, if you want to be a more liked, successful person then get this book and listen to it at least twice.

Charisma and communication skills guide
If you read one book in your life...make it this one! I listened to this book three times in a row when I first heard it and still want to revisit it to remind myself of different segments. A LOT is packed into 3.5 hours here.
It is filled with heaps of useful tips and insights about how to interact with people. I found it very useful as I sometimes lack confidence...this book showed me skills and methods I can use to get over this.
After listening to it and putting some of the skills to use in both my social and work life, my life has shifted dramatically for the positive!
Narration is top class, easy to listen to yet engaging throughout.
This is a 10 out of 10 book.

Incredible charisma guide.
Wow this was good. It helped as much in my work life as it did for my personal life. I found it especially helpful for me as someone who lacks confidence in social situations.

I have seen this book recommended on YouTube, in various podcasts etc.
Not my usual thing and I was a little suspicious but gave it a go.
Got to the end and immediately wanted to listen to it all over again. THAT is how good this is.

Interesting but Basic
Many interesting points were discussed however most of which we were already aware of. Great book if you have not read other books on human behaviour and confidence before.

Low level generic insights into Charisma
This is my second book on Charisma...the Charisma Myth really piqued my interest. However this one seems to be of a very low level, providing generic answers and even lower anecdotes. First anecdote about someone who wasn't doing well with her presentations, did some mindfullness and meditation and now doing a lot better in her presentations. I have summarised briefly but that is essentially the general gist. One could even argue that the anecdote is about improving presentations, not even about charisma. However even if it is about charisma then there are very few specifics.
Secondly the the first chapter is straight out of the Charisma Myth but without the research which th Charisma Myth brings.
Lastly, I'm unsure as to why it has received such high reviews and wonder if I am missing something...I can only guess it's because there is nothing to disagree with and it all sounds good...being told you need a positive outlook will impact your charisma is no doubt true...however other books will tell you the particular techniques to do so. For example the book talks about meditation and offers some techniques...technique one is focus on your breath. However it lacks how long you should focus on each breath, whether there are different breathing techniques (which there are), when to use different breathing technique and what each different breathing technique is designed to do.
In short I'd say there is little reference to research or specific techniques to help you increase your charisma as far as I can see.
