Recipe section has non carnivore ingredients

Some of the recipes call for flour, ranch seasoning and sesame seeds. I have not finished book, so maybe more ingredients.

Much appreciated!

Insightful. Practical. Informational. This was a quick read and very beneficial for those looking at the Carnivore diet for the first time. Myself included. I read this while on day three, during my first time wading into the diet. I had the basics down, but this book provided some great hacks and solid advice. Much appreciated!

Meat Heals!!!!

This book was a concise and informative guide for trying a carnivore diet. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. A pdf was provided with the recipes which was very convenient. It was a short and easy listen.

Life Changing Info

This is one of my favorite books on diet exercise. In short. What we're doing isn't working, and we need to take a long hard look at why we as a society are so fat. This book is a great read because it lays out a new way to think about health and exercise. As a fitness buff me, this was really refreshing

The information is interesting and the sources of information cited seem credible. This book seems to be intended as background information and/or set up for the author's other books, as there's a lot of discussion on common misconceptions and what NOT to eat/do, but not necessarily a diet or diet or exercise plan. I'm excited to get to the other books.

Most enlightening and useful.

Most enlightening and useful. It is a fairly easy way of bringing one's diet into line with the latest understanding of the influence of refined carbs on the metabolism and fat stores. Having one day a week to relax and eat anything you've been craving, so it is quite easy to comply with the restrictions. This is not a quick fix. It is a lifestyle decision. Even with adding a glass of wine in the evening, I am a size smaller in two months.

This book teaches how to diet and be healthy as part of an everyday routine. It is a book on how to diet without promising all the fast fixes, that eventually set you up for failure. Live Well With Live It Not Diet

I've picked up a few of Mason Brooks books and have found each of them helpful in their own way toward helping me lose weight. Supposedly 90% of everyone who loses weight gains it back within 5 years - but that's because they don't alter their lifestyle - permanently.
