Learned so much

I just read this book after being 95% carnivore for the last 6 months. I learned so much, especially the facts regarding the health of every organ related to the way you eat, and how a carnivore diet can help.

New Narration Needed

Everything about this book was informative. It’s a great introduction to eating carbohydrates at or below 20mg of carbohydrates a day and it’s health benefits. The narration is horrible. The audible production needs a do over. However, don’t let this prevent you from purchasing this book. For many Americans fed up and feeling like crap from consuming the standard American diet, and wasting money on vegetables and fruits gone bad, this book may be a life savor.

Narrator can't pronounce medical terms correctly

Good information on a relatively short concise book. But get a new narrator, this guy has no idea how to pronounce commonly used medical terms (e.g., autophagy) or he misreads others (says casual instead of causal). Drove me nuts.
