Reads like it was written from Google searches

Extremely disappointed with the content of this audiobook. While the narrator did a decent job, the content was not good. It read like it was compiled from Google searches and includes vague information, misleading statements, contradictions and recipes that are in no way keto let alone carnivore. I returned it within a few hours of purchase.

Carnivore WOE=Good, this audio book=Horrible.

This is one of the worst books on the Carnivore WOE. It does nothing to explain the science. Please do not use this as your sole source for Carnivore way of eating information.

Really interesting book

I was very satisfied when I perched this Carnivore Diet book. Recipes are simple to follow and love how all the ingredients are listed on the side for you to make your own shopping list. I really liked this book and would recommend it, everyone.

Lose weight and gain muscles.

Nice! It has daily recipes. This book is all about that, it will show you an amazingly effective diet that you can use to lose weight and gain muscles without having to worry about cravings for the food that will make your body flat and off-shape. I would recommend it.

Great item

The book is useful for meat lovers. From this book, I learned detailed information about the Carnivore Diet, about what nutritional principles work here, and what products should be avoided. Useful for me were tips for properly maintaining this diet. I liked some of the recipes from the book.

Interesting to listen

A Comprehensive Guide to Losing Fat

This is one of the most comprehensive guides I've read to losing fat without losing the precious muscle our bodies need. Michael D Kaiser has done his research and has conveyed an easy way for me to lose this fat (that I'll happily be gaining over the holiday season), and keeping the muscle and toning just in time for the spring and summer.

Get Lean and Healthy

This book definitely is a motivator. Michael gives step-by-step how to's and gives even more insight into food and meal ideas. There is a bunch of parts of the book that we've already probably heard at some point or another, but the way he frames it makes it very logical and easy to follow. What a Wealth of Great Information!

This one is quality

A quality production both in terms of the information you get and how it is presented. I plan to go shopping for supplies for the weekend and then start the diet on Monday! My main goal is weight loss, but if I get glowing health and a six-pack in the process, I shan’t complain!

Good

I have listen to plenty of books about healthy food practices. Among all of them I find this book very helpful and as a practical guide for my life. Among the very few books that say eat well rather than dieting, this book impressed me in a great deal. I really accept the concept of Michael D Kaiser which he has expressed in this book. The language he has used is very simple and everyone can easily understand this.

Clear and simple. Well written and entertaining.

Overall, the book is a quick, fun read, is really cheap given all the useful information it offers, is incredibly well-researched, and just plain thoughtful as hell. Even if your goals aren't to get huge and/or super-lean, this is a really valuable reference that should have a place in the library of all athletes and/or health-conscious individuals.
