loved Listening to the book just as much much as I love your podcasts. very well written and researched. thank you for challenging the conventional view on nutrition.

Really enjoyed listening to this book. Some of the descriptions of chemical reactions and the names of plant toxins etc was a lot but I just focused on the information provided and the reasons he was telling us about those things which was fascinating.

The biggest issue I had was that the pdf provided is incomplete. Paul makes several references to the pdf so we can see graphs etc to make his points but at least for the first half of the audiobook they are all missing. The pdf starts at page 125 from the book so whoever compiled it must not have listened to the audio book first to make sure all the references were included. Considering the pdf seems to be pages taken directly from the book it seems odd that so many pages referenced aren't there.

Hopefully Audible will get that sorted.

But overall, highly recommended.

I was happy to hear Paul go into detail about the science and not just deliver anecdotal stories. The book is easy to listen to and definitely makes you think about the real issues that plague our culture around food. Thumbs up!
