Unusually good shorts

I usually dont pick up the short story HH collections, having been dissapointed repeatedly in the past by stories so short they were hard to enjoy, and a lack of cohesive effort on the way theyre piled together.

Took a chance on this one, thoroughly enjoyed it. Has a couple of stories of very decent length, with some really good content. Worth a squirt.

Slow start, but worth listening to

The first two stories are ok, but the third one, Cybernetica, was bad. It states off good, but went on for too long and was very predictable and boring by the end of it. However, the stories after that were much better.

its warhammer 40k

Its warhammer 40k, need I say more. its better than a star wars novel, but not an epoch of fiction. Get this one if you like Jonathan Keebles amazing voice and you like nice short stories. I wish we could have spent more time with Ol Perssons, especially since as a perpetual he has all the time in the worlds.

A decent enough listen

This book is OK although I really am not overly fond of the books made up of multiple short stories. As in most you don't have enough time with the characters to become invested or even care about them.

The better stories tended to be the longer ones, focusing on already established characters such as Leman Russ but even these felt like they didn't have enough depth.
