Hook Line and Sinker

I loved it. I was desperate to get to the bottom of the secret but then the very last chapter with that final twist made me gasp!

What a lot of mean people, jealousy, envy and a nasty revenge with a twisted twist

Not a "psychological thriller" as described

More of a melody drama than a psychological thriller. The story focuses on the toxic friendship of 2 young women; Caitlin who is a narcissist, rich girl and Sasha, (the main protagonist) who is obsessed with pleasing Caitlin and her family.
Pointless plot with a disappointing ending. Nothing thrilling about the "big reveal" at the end.
The overly detailed writing made the story quite boring and a struggle to get through. To be completely honest, I didn't really care for any of the characters.

Very Disappointing

I think this would be the most disappointing book I have ever read. I kept waiting for something to happen , but it didn’t. Very banal .

Slow storyline

This was a disappointment, the story line was dragged out ... just a rich child controlling and a friend that doesn't know how to stand up for her self ... hard to get through the book ... reader is very flat tone puts you to sleep at times

So obvious and goes nowhere

The “twist” was spotted a mile away and I didn’t find myself on the edge of my seat at all. In a positive it was a very beautifully written (and performed) book, even if the story lacked.
