East meets West

Really nice period drama combining old world China with new Australia's burgeoning gold fields. Strong female protagonists determined to survive and thrive in a man's world with a little bit of romance thrown in. Easy listen, I enjoyed it.

Enjoyed listening to this wonderful tale

This book takes you on a journey of yesteryear. In a colourful tale of love betrayal and adventure. Beautifully read and well written, I highly recommend.
