Jesus Christ my body mind and soul were not prepared for this book. firstly, I adore the two authors of this story in how it was written. This was a MF forced proximity/bully/college/step siblings romance that became this intoxicating and utterly heart wrenching love story that made you feel all the feels for the two main characters.. and to my complete disbelief the cliff hanging ending of this book had it become the first to ever leave me sobbing real f*kn tears. my black little heart is completely shattered. I feel real genuine gut wrenching agony right now. And this is exactly why I love it so damn much. Books that have the ability to cause such strong emotions speak volumes on the authors who gifted them to us. The narration was nothing short of bloody perfection too. I always loved Alex Kydd but sweet baby Jesus in a mainger, the man's voice does things to me. I'll fight anyone who says this wasn't one of, if not, his best performance yet. I need October to happen right now so I can get my hands on the next book immediately because I can not and will not be able to put my heart back together until then. I've read over 65 books this year and this is going to be in my top 5.

I'm hooked from the start, I cried, and I'm on the edge all the time. What a story and the narrators..OMG, especially Alex Kydd, the dramatisation. I love this book so much and will forever treasure this, and I hope for another rollercoaster to book 2.
