About this listen

The Book of Undoing encourages immediate recognition of our shared true nature. It is an experiential journey, wherein the listener follows a mock client's Direct Pointing session with the author.

These sessions have helped people around the world come to Nondual realization. It's suggested that the listener actively participate in the question and answer sessions which form the bulk of the book.

Fred extends the invitation for you to awaken right here, right now. It's here or nowhere. It's now or never.

I liked the overall format and topics described here. The conversational tone was practical and easily understood. Although some of the student teacher interaction was a little predictable, nonetheless it was useful. I felt the author was speaking from experience and did a good job at pointing out things in a good way, especially for those starting on the Nondual teachings. The last chapter or so was excellent.
