I loved the voices and the story was absolutely captivating, engaging and scarily believable. this is an absolutely amazing book. as soon as I heard about it on ABC radio I felt that I would enjoy it and that's exactly what I did. 100% recommend for anyone.

Catherine Chidgey is such a talented writer, her characters come to life and I often find myself mulling over what has happened or what will happen next.
Loved The Axeman’s Carnival and this was also a standout. You find yourself thinking about it weeks later! Very clever author 🌟
