Really enjoyed this reading, the content was fascinating and well presented. The observations made and recounted was written with great detail that made it engaging and created very vivid visuals to aid the understanding of the blue zones. it has certainly made me look at areas in my own life that I could improve. I found the narrators accents great and quite funny at times especially hearing him take on an Aussie accent, being Australian myself I don't know that we sound like that but I enjoyed it!!
