Yes, I think it is important for everyone to hear that happiness all the time is possible, that success in one area does not have to place limitations on other.

I am glad that this book got recommended to me. It was easy to get through and contain a few real gems. I really needed to hear that it is ok to be crazy successful. It didn't have any easy to follow tools though. Yes, I understand and agree that there is no reason to sabotage ourselves all the time things go great, but how do I stop myself from doing it?? I have to keep searching.
