Got hooked with this collection

I am really enjoying this series and plan to continue with the Collection of books 4-6.
The narrators are all good. The story arc is interesting and had me hooked.
I do have misgivings about Book 3 though. It reiterated in detail a lot of what we'd heard in the first two books. Also their reflections tend to be repetitive. I still listened right through though.
I wish the loose plot points in Book 3 had been resolved eg what happened about legal issues involving the main males family. However, I hope to read move in Book 4

Worthy listen

I enjoyed listening to each of the three stories.
Each boy suffered hardship growing up due to a philandering father who had no time for any of them.
However their father was a man who made lots of money, which he doled out to each of them at certain stages in their lives.
When their father died, his Will brought all the boys, now men, together, to save the town of Baker’s Crossing and people who lived and worked there.
The men reluctantly put their differences and lives aside to fulfil the provisions of the will.
Each book sees one of the brothers finding their love interest.
It also sees them becoming a family of real brothers.

Wow

Read these three stories in this box set. I loved reading about what brought these brother’s together. Along with great stories how the couples come together and what a winner. Definitely a one click book.
Narration was awesome.

A great find that you won’t regret

3 out of 7 brothers and tales of true love and family.

As the brothers relationships come together and the storyline unfolds you won’t regret exploring the stories of Hayes, Henry and Pierce.

Couldn’t put it down and all the Narrator’s were brilliant

Nice series

Really liked the first two books, great story lines and great narrators. Third book was just ok, really didnt like the story line and wasnt keen on the female narrator. Overall worth the monthly credit.

too much perfection

book 1:
Way, way to short.
First time listening to this author and I was hesitant with 3 books. But the reviews were positive so I gave it a go.
Seeing as it's a base for the rest of the book/brothers, it started out really well giving me a back story and the setup for the series. However, I felt that the animosity between the brothers was written with pretty raw negatives.
Then fairly quickly the dynamics change between all of them and the situation they're placed in, spins so quickly I'm wondering what happened or if I missed something. From then on the plot flies.
Everything is answered, organised and done due to money being no problem.
Then the H and h that had a relationship described as unattainable seems to fly into overdrive. The h is feeling totally broken and unable to trust, while the other has been fear locked for his whole life, and suddenly they chase, catch and put feelings out their like a forgive and jump in again.
The story had great ideas but just moved way to fast for me feel like I'm invested in the characters.
I couldn't find the gel to stick the chapters together.
It's all too convenient and I didn't find much excitement, just everything happening perfectly.
When money is no object it's a predictable plotline. The h asked the H if he was the flash...that's how the back half of this book felt.
In saying that, I must admit the writing and characters did begin to grow on me.
And as I adjusted to Claudia's style I also adjusted to the pace. Even though there are some cheesy bits.
If you dont mind skimming a plotline and occasionally sinking into a character and everything falling into place with perfect no expenses spared. Then this is for you. I have the other 2 in my library but not sure if I'll continue.
Narrator's were great. I love Connor and Stella they are 2 I listen to often.
