Planning is basically the act of putting some terms and events together to get a desired result at the end. In every groundwork of every project to be carried out, whether by an organization or person, planning is a major tool that takes the individual or company from one point to the other and keeps a track record of how far the project has gone and what is left to make results.
Since every project involves setting goals and working towards achieving these set goals and aims, planning simply sets a platform in which team leaders, people, and managers can work from and still remain on track till the end of the project.
