Excellent succinct explanation of non-violent communication with plenty of relatable examples and situations to apply NVC. Micah is also a clear and easy-to-follow narrator.
I’ll be listening to this every time I need to brush up on my NVC.

This was a good introduction to NVC, but like is often the case with NVC the example scripts are too clunky to be used practically in conversation. This book was also very short. I don’t really recommend it.
