Food for thought if you are a person who believes impossibly is just another possibility yet to be achieved.

Absolutely scintillating read!! The author clearly has depth of knowledge and practical experience in the area. Explains the underlying neurobiology clearly and succinctly, and lays out a step by step guide on how to practically implement his advice.

Unless the people who have given less than 5stars have adequately give all the processes this book outlines their best try, and have failed at overcoming their excuses and mediocrity - don't listen to them.

At first I thought this book was not gonna be for me - It seemed it was collating a lot of what I had already read or intuitively learnt. But the thing is, when you are exposed to ideas again and again, especially from new minds with slightly different frames - if you value wisdom and believe you can always extract something new from every encounter - you will deepen the resonance or refine your understanding.

This book outlines a clear formula, in what is posed as the way to achieve 'impossible' things - whether impossible just in your mind or to the collective society. But I'd say that is simply the formula to getting the hell out of your own way + hacking your mind and body to work optimally, towards the goals you can clearly define and break down into digestible, practical steps that won't burn you out, make you drop off course too much, and build the mechanisms to enjoy the ride, not be too bothered by the discomfort it'll take to endure to achieve anything worth going for, and systems to fall back on when shit is hardest.

I'd wager, that if you take seriously all the factors outlined in this book and ACTUALLY implement them in your life, you'll set yourself up a framework that will be hard not to do what you really want to do - and more.

And yeah, course, we all have our reasons why we can't. But once you read this book, well, guess you'd just be arguing for your right to stay mediocre. Fine. Nothing wrong with that. But I'm gonna give it a real go though.
