Armchair psychologist

I found this book to be quite unimpressive. Every chapter repeated itself, and had no real substance. Being an ‘Armchair’ book I thought it would speak in layman language. But I couldn’t even finish it. The narrator was very good and I found his voice very easy to listen to.
