I can get into the journey and my 7yo and I listen to these and bedtime. A wonderful way to go to sleep.

This is the first time I have heard of some of the phrases used to describe the different chakras it might be more advantageous for listeners if there was a little bit of info on each chakra like the name and descriptions of each used throughout the book. But I will get it after a few listens.
