Recommended!

Great book with lots of information before you even get to the recipes! I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options- I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped! And these recipes are delicious, by the way!

Valuable book!

I generally felt books were a misuse of cash since you may like two or three plans yet the remainder of the book was pointless. What's more, with the plenty of plans on the web it just never appeared to be justified, despite all the trouble. I truly love this book. This book content is very easy to understand and very helpful! I highly recommended this book!

Superb!

This book for beginners to Anti inflammatory is great. The beginning of the book contains information about how a alkaline diet can be beneficial to your health. It also includes a chart with many foods showing of how alkaline or acidic they are. I know if I believe the alkaline diet works, the book is put together well with great explanations.

Easy to follow!

Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in any way. I really highly recommended this book!

A good book!

I like how simple the plans are to make and still can carry on with a functioning life investing less energy in the kitchen. I truly appreciated this book I noticed this book had for the most part meatless plans.
