Some stories prompt the child to finish a drawing. Others are the beginning of a story, where the child creates the end of the short story, when encouraged by the words: SO THEN. That is when a new element of fun begins, as well as opportunities for learning, as the child creates the ending of the short story. These amazing adventures are, in fact, routine events. However, it allows the child's mind to grow, as there is no precise ending to Pole Cat's adventures.
