Tobias explains the concepts underlying the Acquirer's Multiple and it's ability to identify deep value both in simple English and engagingly. A must for those getting started in deep value and quant analysis. If you want to get into the nitty gritty then it may leave you wanting more, in which case one of his other books I believe may dive in deeper.

I love Tobias Carlisle’s acquirers multiple strategy and I’m a huge follower of Joel Greenblatt. This is a must read book for investors of all levels of sophistication. Very simple value strategies.
