Great read on (re)aligning priorities that feel right. I’ll come back to this book every so often, and will likely think about the principals to assess my own priorities

Sahil has my favourite newsletter and this book was wonderful. Such great tips and interesting ideas, I loved every bit of it.

Clear, diverse, interesting!

It was okay, I didn’t hate it, I didn’t love it. It was just a bit bland and boring and repeatable information and ideas from a lot of other sources

A bit basic and just saying what’s been said before I various places

This book is for anyone who's never read a self-help book, seen an IG inspo quote, or made it past 25.

In trying to cover everything, Sahil manages to cover nothing in detail. The book is a stitched-together summary of other (better) books and concepts. It reads like a LinkedIn thread dressed up as life philosophy.

The book flirts with depth in the opening chapters that involve personal profiles but ends up been a high school workbook of sorts.

The narration is flat and lifeless. Then i found out it was read by the author. That tracks.

Felt like an AI wrote this book that was trained on Toastmaster speeches. Everything is distilled down to a 3 bullet list, set of questions and a call to action that is a planning resource.

Maybe a good read for a young person in their early 20s… the concept is good although lacks a very human element to the book.

Whole book summarised in first chapter.
