Be careful what we wish for

This book is worth reading. Even though I found it profoundly depressing- particularly the reminders about how we treat animals it's really worth reading. Paints a rather depressing picture of humankind and our ability to be selfish

It's Best to Give than Receive

Very insightful and very easy to listen to.
Maybe some special effects will help keep the flow.
