Excellent read

Just had to take this book with me everywhere. Every time I had the chance - out would come the earphones. Impossible to put it down once you start reading it.

Too much death

I have never read a book where so many characters died. Too many. The story seemed to go from death to death. I did finish it but wondering if I will try any more of Di Morrissey.

Loved this book!

The only thing that drove me mad was the mis pronunciation of the word Fremantle!
It’s not pronounced Frah-Mantle......but Free Mantle to us Ausies!

I want to visit Broome

A wonderful story. A bit too many coincidences in parts but heartwarming characters.
I guess it's a bit of Mills & Boone romance, but with an historic base story.
