Would you try another book from Siim Land and/or Siim Land?
What was most disappointing about Siim Land’s story?
The narrator had me ready to jump into traffic in the first five minutes.
Would you be willing to try another one of Siim Land’s performances?
would rather have a toe chopped of with a chisel

lots of repetition from his other books,
probably about 75% or more is copy/paste from siim other books, little disappointed regarding that, but nevertheless if you haven't read his other books this is a good short one

No disrespect to the author but because he was Estonian I found his English to be a little hard to listen to. As for the content I was disappointed that the book was really what this guy was doing for his ketone diet but gave no scientific basis but just told us facts. I honestly felt like I wasn’t getting anything extra or really helpful that wouldn’t pop up on a google search if Keto diet . Would not recommend at all
