Everytime I listen to this book I can't get enough of it or fail to laugh. Matthew is so lovable and adorable and the narrator does this book justice. From the turbulent begins of the relationship between Delores and Matthew through the whole ordel of going from first base, food poisoning to hanging out with MacKenzie, boxing and all the activities they get up to creates the best slow burn of a love they both don't see coming and I love it. The laughs are great. Emma chase never disappoints.

Just love her bestie .. she really does have balls .. she takes no prisoners.. she will chew you up and spit you out .. but some how Matt finds his way into her shield and they fall in love .. perfect .. can’t wait for more 💕💋💕

I avoided Drew's story, didn't attract me as seemed childish, and glad I took the risk with Matthew. He's a funny character, very quirk, uncomplicated, which is a nice change from all those typical tortured and often unrealistic male leads. I have grown to like the narrator, as he is perfect for these characters, matching the quirkiness, and delivering funny lines well, including the older women (nails it). female lead was okay, often funny, and a good match, but really this is Matthew's story. quite quick, and bit expensive, not sure if fully worth price paid.
