It can be deep (hence, il be reading/listening several times again) but it also describes my life to date, il be using this book as a guide to see out my future days, it motivates me with hope & explains how to exercise the ways an ADHD’r should make altercations to live a successful life in all areas! As I said, this book will be a lifetime guide for me!

Pretty good

I was hoping for more practical tips but this was quality content overall.

Some minor gripes:
-why would you read out a URL on an audiobook os beyond me, much better if they didn't.
-I understand that medication is important and very successful at managing adhd, but I can't get medicated by listening to an audiobook. So I didn't really appreciate the focus on listing all the different possible medications, chemical names and brands names. Was kind of like being read the safety info of a prescription.

Great read if you’ve just been diagnosed or wondering if you have adhd

Great scientific info on adhd and gave me a better understanding of what I’ve been dealing with my entire life, without knowing. Great read for anyone who has been diagnosed late in life and is struggling to understand what it is.. this will help you understand and explain to others what it is and how it effects your life.

A great book if you've just been diagnosed

This book has some really great information for people who've just been diagnosed with ADHD or people who love someone who has ADHD. Some great info on tips, tools, medications, things to be aware of, statistics and facts and much more. Information is power and you'll be better informed after listening to this book.

Absolutely Terrible do recommend this book

The first chapter only reflect deep negative references & medication. There are many other books based on the Science of ADHD that helpful this is not!

Boring and Blame filled

Very deficit based, dull and unhelpful. Listen to Driven To Distraction or ADHD 2.0 instead if you want up to date information and genuinely helpful advice.
